I'm Mel! I'm a writer at my core, project manager by day, and founder of WorkRedefined Consulting Agency! I’m also an ATL native, Enneagram 4w3, seafood lover, and Christ-follower!

Think of me as your personal advocate helping breathe life into who God’s called you to be & what He’s called you to do. My words encourage. My expertise equips. 

Around here, we’re a BOTH + AND type of crew. We’re committed to Faith AND Business. Personal AND Professional Growth. And, we do it all from a place of rest. 

Many of us here are 9-5preneurs, meaning we juggle our corporate jobs and brands/businesses. I’m the founder of WorkRedefined Consulting, where we help fellow multi-passionate professionals & entrepreneurs cultivate meaningful work. We provide the strategy and support needed to be successful in their work, live intentional lives, and work better together.

I believe you’re made in the image of God, meaning you have multiple facets to YOU. My goal isn’t to limit you but to help you find the deeper meaning of what you do and support you as you manage it all. 

I also recognize that the daily journey can be tough. The pressures of social media can have you paralyzed and overwhelmed. So, I created this space for us to connect and feel supported outside of social media.
